Of course, no one is better than this guys daughter. If you think your daughter is, then you’re living vicariously through her in an alternate reality. Lolololololololol.

In your mind other players are “as good or better” and that is exactly what I was saying. Parents who live vicariously through their daughters and live in an alternative reality that there daughters were shut out. If that is what you want to believe then at least people reading these posts can take it for what it is.

If you think there are any players on non-PDA clubs that are as good or better than some of the PDA players, you must be living in some kind of fantasy land. Lol.

They should start a reality series following PDA parents. They would make Dance Moms look normal.

Everyone is different. Don’t get caught up in all the hype.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostAgree, everyone is different. What works for some does not work for others. Depends on the motivation both mentally and physically if a certain club/team is for the individual player. It worked for my oldest and prepared her for playing and competing in college. Glad that your daughter found a different program and is happy helping to build something there. That being said, the next level is not an extension of club soccer. Nothing wrong playing in an established program known and respected in all four regions and respected by college coaches. While you have parents laughing at some of these posts there are many colleges right now standing on the sidelines in NC watching players that they have identified or players who contacted them directly at an ECNL event.
It must be a joy for you to read some of the postings on this board after seeing your kid go through the process and saying to yourself “a lot of these folks have no idea.”
