The players and families just take it fir granted thinking that just because they pay lots of money their behaviour is quite justified. They club hop leaving one academy in the dust for another, zero loyalty, zero thanks, zero appreciation. Go thank a coach today for all they do for you, too many unappreciative families out there. These people have done a lot even through a pandemic.

We were at one club briefly where a coach, among many things, was screaming the girls werr fat which is really helpful with girls right? But had he simply screamed they were too slow, its a different message yes?

Respect is a 2-way street. It's ok to be a tough coach and demand the best from their players. Abusing young and teenage girls not acceptable. I don't care if a coach yells at the whole team, but if they're pointing out individual mistakes that's fine as long as it's not personal.
I've experienced enough dirty underhanded tactics and favoritism to be very very cautious of most coaches.
