Originally posted by Unregistered View PostThe problem with GA is that you don’t know what clubs are coming or going, which players are bolting for ECNL etc. pretty unstable environment. Will probably take 2-3 years for clubs and level of play to settle.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostGuys... don’t be nervous, I know try outs are coming and you need to invoke fear in anyone thinking of trying out at CSA. You’re intimidated, we get it. Just tell RT to do what he did for the ID clinics. Mandatory practices at the same time and threats of being kicked off the team if they attend anything related to CSA. Nothing says stable training environment quite like that!

Threats, negative name calling, and otherwise abusive behavior should never be allowed at any club. Plenty of coaches deploy this type of tool to motivate, and in my experience it doesn’t work with younger players especially female players. As a parent of three girls it’s my job to protect them from men who are abusive why would I pay a coach for this type of behavior?
