I posted something similar a couple weeks ago, but my son had a far different experience than my daughter at CSA. It was like two different clubs as far as support and training.

These posts surprise me. Maybe this was your experience a year or two ago and I can understand that but for the most part on the girls side now there are some excellent trainers and coaches. Lots of people speak their praise, so maybe consider giving it another shot.

        GAL is far worse

CSA is a sinking ship. The only thing (or person rather) that can turn it around at this point is DM.

Actually, Carli Lloyd would be a decent option as well.

If you saw the significant number of teams they have I wouldn’t call it a sinking ship. Not even close.

Wasn't DM the guy who was making inappropriate comments on his young players social media pages? I'm surprised the guy is not in jail. CSA could be on fire and they wouldn't call this pedophile to throw water on it.

Other than the loss of the DA, what were the empty promises? I'm just curious as a prospective parent.

I have two D’s at CSA and I agree with you. Maybe these posts are speaking about a few years ago, but definitely not what’s going on now on the girls side. I realize that most of these posts are made to bash CSA for whatever reason but I’ve been very pleased with the coaching talent, professionalism and communication for my older and younger. I’ve had some bad experiences and this isn’t one of them.

We just left CSA for another club this spring too. We were on the boys side. We were not happy with the coaching nor the training. We are much happier and appreciated now.

We are at CSA with our D and have not had a pleasant experience. The GA has also been a letdown.

I'm sorry to hear this. We are hoping to turn things around at CSA this spring.

Same here, our team had one sub for last game and they refuse to pull players from the NL 05 team. Why not give those kids a chance to compete at least????

Which CSA branch were you at?

This is always such a difficult time of year when teams lose players and can't replace them.
