Truth be told coaches left CSA for better career opportunities. John Saunders left to take the role of sporting director at TSF Academy, Tab Ramos left to become head soccer coach at MLS Houston Dynamo, and Alex Ramos left to form Alex Ramos Soccer Trainung. But why post that? It's better to just say, "alot of coaches left" rather than finish the statement. Your an ******* just trying to stir up something and take the heat away from MF Shore getting bashed on here.
Charlie Naimo left as well, so did Wayne Galloway, so did Dan Manson, so did the Klingler brothers, so did Tetro, so did Breton so many more to mention....constant turnover. I’m sure if the place was great they would not have so much turnover. I guess everyone is leaving for “better career opportunities”???

Just to be clear, its widely known that Tetro and DM were not getting their contracts renewed. Charlie Naimo is currently the technical director of the Western New York Flash in the National Women's Soccer League. Wayne Galloway is the PSA Director of Soccer. Fausto and Martin formed Ultimate Soccer training in Tom's River. I guess your right though. None of them left for better career opportunities.

Holmdel, Marlborough, Middletown, and Freehold all generally have good town teams, upper tier MOSA and some EDP. NJX (was higher level part of Holmdel) would be a good option, it was just bought by PSA however.

Monmouth United is a good club, it's where my kids started. Based in Lincroft. They don't play in MOSA, play in a Central Jersey league, a few EDP teams.

There are a few smaller/newer clubs popping up, I've heard mention of Liverpool FC which plays our of St. John Vianney in Holmdel, another club called Dutchmen FC out of Red Bank.

I am sure I'm missing a few. Of course the $$$$ academy teams PSA, CSA, MFA. Hope this helps.
        Manalapan is good too.

You forgot a few....many more to add to the list of departures over the last couple years. Doesn’t exactly paint a great picture. Why would all these great people leave I’d things are so good at CSA?

WG left PSA a year ago. The F brothers are now NJ Blaze after they left PSA for NJ Fire for like a hot second.

Why did these folks leave CSA, seems like so much jumping around between clubs.

The reasons vary. Some of the guys mentioned were fired, some moves to higher positions at other clubs, and quite a few left because they weren’t happy anymore.

Seems like a constant game of musical chairs over there did these folks have visa issues or is that normal turnover for the club??

The turnover at CSA is much higher than at other clubs.

Why are the younger players leaving CSA Monmouth? I guess you can overpromise things somewhat at U10-U12, but there has to be other reasons

Um... not sure why you are saying that, there has been a ton of new kids at practices the last few weeks. People have commented on thay several times on here. Seems like you just want to start rumours. You need to get a life
Maybe start drinking White Claw. RT endorses them...

Sure Niko! Kids leaving left and right, we recently left, too... completely disorganized, don't care about their young players at all.. I don't even know what they care about other than money and the parents that complain the loudest!

I call BS. What happened? What age group? boy or girl? All clubs care about their $, winning, recruiting kids...and if they say they don't they are lying to you. Good luck wherever you and your kid(s)...I wonder what new line of BS your new club gave you-LOL
