Being at PDA South I can honestly say that their is a SEVER lack of development. Maybe we just have a lazy coach. Training is so bad the ECRL team has dropped a chunk of players and the ECNL coach is already talking about the new players coming in next year from the ID clinic they just ran. Sure sounds like development to me.

We have the same issue at our GA club. The coaches are too busy posting on the internet all day to develop any type of training plan so they just try to bring in new kids to raise the level of play.

They probably got the idea from MF Shore. I'm convinced no one has a job over there. All they do is post on talking soccer all day.

True! Our coaches are OBSESSED over what kids outside the club are doing and pay no attention to the players they are supposed to be coaching.

Why? No parent is going to out their kid and the only people asking would either be the brown nosing parent, coach or DOC of the club.

We must be part of the same GA club, our coach talks **** about neighboring academies and even township clubs. Pretty strange....why not just focus on what you do and do it well? Why constantly put other clubs down.

Why do you stay then? I see people complaining about this and that but don’t do anything about it. If your current club doesn’t meet your kids needs or your expectations, take your kids and money elsewhere. It’s really not that difficult.

Many coaches or parent-coaches, well, some clubs like MF has a lot of parent coache, are roaming around here for sure.

A lot of these academies live on negative recruiting constantly putting down other clubs to grab players and their paychecks. It’s pretty disgusting.
