    it's definitely better development and worth the money vs paying 3k for your academy teams that don't care about you. but hey!

          Agree that’s why you have to be careful paying thousands to some of these so called “academies”. ODP has some great coaches and they are not in it for the money only the love of the game and making kids better players.

            While I would hope the ODP coaches are in for the 'love of the game', I can assure you that they are very well compensated for the limited amount of time they spend training and coaching.
