it's definitely better development and worth the money vs paying 3k for your academy teams that don't care about you. but hey!

I disagree as the ODP training is actually better than the training my daughter is getting at her club which is a former DA club (now called GA). I guess just because we are paying more dues not mean we are getting more, ODP has been a welcomed addition as she loves it.

Agree that�s why you have to be careful paying thousands to some of these so called �academies�. ODP has some great coaches and they are not in it for the money only the love of the game and making kids better players.

While I would hope the ODP coaches are in for the 'love of the game', I can assure you that they are very well compensated for the limited amount of time they spend training and coaching.
