Right, the 2011’s proved that this weekend and at Disney. It’s all relative and I don’t really care about their standings if their coach can’t tactically train, the environment is tense and unhealthy and I am paying thousands of dollars extra to travel around so he can brag about being top 20.

The truth is if the only metric you think is important is winning (at ulittle ages) then you'll love RT, especially initially. If you know zero about soccer, then a winning coach has a lot of appeal. The trouble comes in when he replaces your kid with the flavor of the month or one of the other parents decides your kid is impacting their kids pt and makes up something to tell RT. Is being on a top u11 team really that important if they get to the next team and don't actually know how to play soccer? Embrace the winning (and scrimmage-only practices) though.

We have seen it numerous times and it's not fair to the rest on the team. It happened every week at CSA and we have heard it's the same at MF with RT.

I'd never let my kid near RT.

Especially if your kid is carrying the beer cooler.
