It's been widely reported on here about Tetros behavior on and off the field. The accusations of his getting drunk in front of his young players has started numerous threads, and complaints about it were made several times to DB at MF and absolutely nothing had been done about him. MF doesn't care about anything this clown does. I'm amazed that the parents put up with his behavior and his drunkenness around thier children, but when your team is #1 you overlook that because it's very important to brag on facebook that your kid won the Kmart classic. My advice is to not bother with complaining to MF about him, DB will bury that complaint so far that you'd have a better chance of finding Jimmy Hoffa's body before any of the higher ups hear about this. I would report it to Jen Winnagle, who is the ECNL Girls Commissioner. Her email address is jen@theecnl.com. It's about time something is done about this guy. On a side note, I did find the video and you can clearly hear him make that comment. I'd would include either the video or at least a link to it when emailing Jenn.

Agree with this. PDA won and that’s good for them but doesn’t change their behavior. When they lose it’s just as brutal if not worse. These kids have struggled. Not worth it — just to say a 12-14 year won a game.

Good idea to email Jenn but honestly she doesn’t always respond. I would also email US Soccer. And DB doesn’t own MF so you are going to wrong person. Needs to be brought to owner - not sure who that is. Give the video to Coach Meredith and soccer parent life. They can blow it up quickly.

Accepting what? There's no shame earning a second place, at least I don't think so. Girls worked and they earned something. If it is the second place, so be it. PDA talks big on player development but fails to act like a real educator

You misunderstood. I agree with you and would never accept a coach or an academy that views second place as worthless.

I understand that most the people reading this, have little to no real soccer experience, other then watching a few 12 year olds play, so here’s a little info on the video. I’ve watched it a few times now. MF player got to the ball first, and you can tell by the direction the ball travels when she clears it. Second, the PDA player knew she was not going to get there in time and throws her left leg in front of the MF player. (Nick I know you’re reading, please teach if she leads with left leg, which she should not do, she either needs to twist away or cover her face, cause that will happen every time). PDA player is clearly out of control and late, two reasons for a yellow if not red.
That being said, was a tough physical game, congratulations to PDA on the win.

Tetro is such a loser. Usually it's the parents that behave like this during the game. Glad to say he walked away from the FC Stars tournament with all his teams losing. Even happier that PDA killed his 09 team. Seems like Tetros empire is crumbling slowly around him. First he came home from Supercopa a loser, now this tournament.
