You sound like a little bitch complaining/hating. You can always get your club to apply ECNL or GA. Maybe you can get in maybe you don’t ….BUT please have history of player success/development and stop hating other clubs that do it better
PDA South has done none of that.

That makes no sense. South does have players who could be on White and perhaps a few on Blue but the selling point is the league and geography. Kids from that far down do not want to have to go all the way to somerset and there's an ecnl option with PDA South that fulfills this for them.

Blue/White is definitely A/B but South is essentially a separate entity.

They don't win any ECNL games. At least White does on occasion.

If players are good enough for White and Blue how come they can't win any games?

That depends on the age with white. Only team to ever make playoffs is blue. And they haven’t had a good run in a few years and most ages haven’t made it past that.

My daughter played for Ajax so I know plenty. PDA didn't make any of those girls better those girls made PDA South look good. If anything Ajax got South ECNL not the other way around.

Could you enlighten everyone and tell them what club or clubs those girls came from that gave them their base foundations?

We all know the cream of the talent crop in the majority (not all) of cases are kids of parents that played at a high level and have siblings that also play. I don't attribute much if any overall success of individual players to the clubs.

I agree with statement as it relates to PDA. Half the club is made up of the family and friends of MO. The rest are dribbles from other clubs. Not the same elsewhere.

Why do people act surprised or put out that players develop somewhat locally in a number of clubs and then aggregate at a few places as they ascend the pyramid?

They think a club should develop and keep all their ulittles to age, but it doesn't work that way.

                            - a lot of kids drop out for many reasons.
                            - some players will never ever develop into top players no matter who their coaches are or how they train
                            - a club should look to improve its teams because stronger teammates challenge and improve all players on the team

Because clubs like PDA claim they are a development academy but in reality they are a recruiting academy. The players actually trained there from a young age do not succeed and no longer play there or a dropped to the lowest level teams. Nothing wrong with it- they should just change their name to represent what they really are.

There aren’t any players that could be on the white or blue.
south is terrible.the coaches are terrible too.
they can’t even win any ECNL games.
Most south players are bench players for their HS teams
