Unfortunately it will have to be these younger age groups that have to be the sacrificial lambs and remain with the club for the next few years to change the overall status of the club and meet the requirements of balanced teams throughout age groups.
All of the current MLSN clubs good or bad have at least paid their dues, one way or another, up and down age groups to be a part of the league. FA has not shown any data to prove why they should be the exception to the rules.
Other teams are brining in 20 players for their U13 teams in addition to and they bring in 5 to shuffle between teams. Each year it will be less and less competitive as players leave 1 by 1.
It’s a vicious circle because getting an upper level league badge would probably bring in dozens of quality players and make them a powerhouse for sure but you need the players to get the badge.
