Even if you just take the two teenagers brought up straight to first team that’s 10%.

There are about 10 clubs in NJ who have players commit to college D1-D3. The put out a list every year. So the percentage from those clubs is much much higher, especially at the MLSN level.
you're probably not counting every single kid that has ever played for Red Bulls, including those that were cut along the way.. Also those signed are not all at the same age group. Stats would be skewed higher at a club that only has older age groups too, like New England Revolution. In many other countries academy starts at age 9. Once you do down to that level, do you really think more than 1% make it?

The academy players on RB II aren't all on homegrown contracts. Most of them aren't. Ofori played with them all season but just got signed. Then there's Ngoma. Who are the other 4 this year? Those 15 year olds that played up with RB 2 are not signed. Edeleman maybe? But he was PDA. Just having 2 players per age group signing would be very successful.

When are MLS next try outs for academies? Ready to have my son try out. Is it in March/ April? Or more towards summer?

Does anyone have first-hand info on the World Class 2011 teams? Someone told me they're looking for 2011's for their ECNL team.

Teams are mostly already set. They are always looking though.

im not familiar with CSA Bergen but the other MLS Next teams:

TSF is having ID sessions all winter long per their website... https://www.tsfacademy.com/tryouts Their tryouts were mid to late April last year.
PDA had an ID Clinic on November 2nd.
CSA Monmouth had an ID Clinic on Nov 22nd. Last year their tryouts were the first week of April
Real JFC had an ID Clinic on December 10th. Their tryouts last year were the first week of May

                  Why did the kid switch?

Was he on the top team there or one of the lower teams?

First hand or intelligent thoughts on the NJ Stallions boys 2011 team?

I know they "only" play EDP but that's one of the local teams I may have my kid look into for the fall depending on how the spring goes.

                        Thank you.

Have never seen them play or practice so I'm not a lot of help, but looking at their history I can say this....

They were undefeated in EDP Premier 4 Red this fall. They will jump up to EDP Premier 3 Red and do well I think. They have shown a solid progression based on their history. Looking at the division and record they have had in the last 2 years they have moved up a flight each season and continue to finish towards the top.

                          Fall 2022 - Premier 4 Red - 2nd place - 7 wins, 1 draw - https://home.gotsoccer.com/rankings/...roupID=1158115
                          Spring 22 - Premier 5 - 3rd place - 5 wins, 3 draws, 1 loss - https://home.gotsoccer.com/rankings/...roupID=1128778
                          Fall 2021 - Central Jersey Championship 1 - 2nd place - 7 wins, 1 loss, 1 draw - https://home.gotsoccer.com/rankings/...roupID=1095276
                          Spring 2021 - EDP Futures Red - 4th place - 4 wins, 3 losses - https://home.gotsoccer.com/rankings/...roupID=1021658

This fall they won the 2nd flight of the state cup. (Presidents Cup) That is all of the teams from EDP Premier III, IV, or V. There were 34 teams entered in the Presidents cup with them. There were 33 teams in the flight above them (National Championship Series). They played 5 games in the state cup and 4 of those 5 games were against teams from EDP Premier 3 flights "above" them.

Other post has a lot of detail that shows the trend. Other side of that is that they may not have pushed hard enough to get flighted appropriately. I've heard they weren't exactly thrilled about the lack of competition throughout this past season.

There are 45 teams in EDP alone that are flighted above them in Premier 1, Premier Red and Blue and Premier 3 Red and Blue. Also there are the Academy teams that are playing in the North East Academy League and the Acela league not counted in those numbers. CSA Bergens top 2 teams, PDAs top 2 teams, TSFs top 2 teams, CSA Monmomouth's top 2 teams, Real JFC, Ironbounds top 2 teams, 2 teams of kids from Red Bulls, Match Fit, Union Selecao. thats another 15 teams playing tougher competition. Essentially there was 60 teams of boys from NJ playing in stronger competition this past fall. if they are a good team you would expect that record.
