PDA Pre-MLS Blue is in EDP Central Atlantic Premier 1.
PDA Pre-MLS white is also in EDP Central Atlantic Premier 1.
PDA Pre-ECNL is in EDP Central Atlantic Premier 2 Blue.

both the PDA Pre-MLS Blue and White are also registered in the Acela league.

Any link to the acela/apl schedule? And which teams will be Acela and which will remain in APL or will all the teams applied be in Acela?

The brackets are confirmed and set. That is the basic schedule the teams are given to start with. Coaches and field availability will change some dates and they have to set game times. Those are the teams and who is home and away for the games. If a team backs out now they will be fined. This is what the teams registered for and paid for.

Why would they not play in the N.E.A.L. league when it is all of the MLS Next teams in the NY area where they are located?

The N.E.A.L. is:
CSA North, BW Gottschee, Met Oval, NYSC, Beachside of CT, FC Westchester and FA Euro all of the MLS Next North East Divison
plus
TSF and CSA Monmouth which are in the MLS Next Mid-Atlantic Division
plus a few other high end local clubs like LI Slammers, NY Elite Alleycats and Ironbound
