I can confirm this, most if not all current players rec'd offers yesterday. CSA is a joke they way they manage this year's teams. Zero transparency and very little consistency. The teams are constantly changing, they bring in boys mid week and they are starting that weekend while boys who have been practicing for weeks sit, no consistency, favoritism is rampant. It seems the lack of hubris for the management of the 2011's is the key driver, the person who runs it is an egomaniac who forgets he is getting PAID to coach CHILDREN. He is not a pro manager by any stretch of the word and I have countless nightmare stories about him. The kicker is most of the coaches under him are great but are subject to his decree. The only thing keeping CSA afloat is the owners ability to buy into top leagues so boy want to compete there, the structure of how they run their programs is not what keeps players coming in. PDA does such a better job its unreal, TSF should get their stuff together to recruit kids from CSA

Considering they already have new joiners committed it would make sense they have also put out offers to current players they definitely want. Perhaps it's time to be worried if your kid is there and haven't heard anything!

CSA Monmouth will have 3 teams next year maybe 4! Unreal, evyething really is a money grab. My son tried out just because of how close it was and didn't get an offer for the first team but did for Neal 2 team and current players have not received an offer. Seems like it's just not CSA that is mess.... think all this shows that there's lot of talent for this age group

It also means a lot of parents on the sidelines yelling at little Johnny to “shoot!” and “try harder…don’t get beat!”. It is a tough task and a lot of pressure to be memorable enough to get called back.
Most top players who are looking to move, have already been going to practices and IDs. Tryouts may yield a handful of new players on an A team at this age.
FA must be the exception to the rule, apparently they signed their whole team back and have new players coming in when many teams having players go out.
Is it true that they are combining the 2011 with Ironbound?
