this is v helpful. Just to clarify for this upcoming fall - pda will have 3 teams pre mls (1st) pre ecnl (2nd) and 3rd team? What about STA, Matchfit (Mercer and shore), CSA? It’s confusing as the clubs (at least to us) are not as clear on how many teams for next year and although specifies pre mls or “color”can’t tell if it’s first or second or third etc. appreciate any insight or help.

Many teams leave EDP soon for 2011 age:

NY Red Bulls North, New York Red Bulls South, New York Red Bulls NY change from 3 teams to 2 teams. They play in the Acela League at u12 and then MLS next at u13.
TSF Academy, Cedar Stars Academy North (Bergen), Cedar Stars Academy Monmouth play in the North East Academy league at u12 and then MLS next at u13.
PDA plays in EDP at u12 and then MLS at u13.
Real JFC plays in the Acela league at u12 and then MLS Next at u13.
PDAs 2nd team, Match Fit Mercer and STA will play in ECNL at u13.
CSA Norths 2nd team, CSA Monmouth's 2nd team, TSF Academy's 2nd team will play in 2nd flight of NEAL at u12 and then in the only flight of NEAL at u13 and above.
PDAs 3rd team will play in NEAL at u13 and above.
Bloomfield is losing players to Red Bull and FA Black next year and the rest of the team will become FA Silver with current FA players.
2010 Futboltech team is in Acela league at u12 now, not sure if that is the same plan for the 2011 teams.
STA and Match fit 2nd teams would play in ECRL at u13 and above.
Also, next year their will be several teams that play 11v11 in 2010 age group 1 year early instead of playing 9v9.

Looks like Europa completed the season first and sits at the top of the 2nd division. Going to be close coming in at the end, it's strange how the GD isn't accurate to the game scores, anyone know how they calculate that?

5/7 - PDA tied CSA Bergen 1-1.

5/14 - Red Bull South beat Football Academy 8-4. (Was 8-1 at one point!)

5/15- Red Bull South beat Red Bull NY 5-3.

4/24 - Football Academy vs Union wasn’t played.
5/7 - Red Bull South vs Morris Elite - rescheduled for 5/25.
5/8 - Red Bull South vs Bloomfield was canceled due to Covid

4/8 - Union vs PDA (pretty sure this was not played)

3 of the 4 scores of games that were played but not reported were Red Bull South games, which they won… so it would seem you know which coach isn’t reporting, i don’t think anyone is trying to hide losses here.

No way you could. I asked a Red Bull South parent and they said they have not played them...you must have seen something else. Bloomfield did play red Bull NY and beat them 4-1.

don't think that a random U11 soccer game is going to be remembered 10 years from now. But hey, maybe a couple of these kids will make it professionally...or become a doctor or something

Yes, PDA will have 3 teams as long as they have enough people committed with the order you said.. Pre-MLS, pre-ECNL and then an EDP/USYS team. STA currently already has 3. STA Pre-ECNL IS TOP, STA Pre-ECRL is 2nd. STA USYS is 3rd team. Match Fit Mercer already has 2 teams. Currently Blue and Black. Blue is the top team and will be Match Fit Pre-ECNL. Black will be the2nd and ECRL team. The match fit shore boys program is a joke. They are nothing but EDP teams if they don’t fold. CSA Monmouth and Bergen will both have a North East Academy League 1 and 2 team. The top team will be in MLS next the following year and the 2nd team will remain in the top flight of the NEAL.. I don’t think CSA Monmouth location will have a 3rd team but Bergen most likely will..

How do families of players on B teams feel when their A team opts for guest players outside of the club for major tournaments? Or is that just generally understood as an expectation when you aren't in the A team.
