CSA Bergen 1, FA Black, Bloomfield, Union, Liverpool, Red Bull NY from Blue.
Red Bull South, FA Silver, SJEB, Match Fit, CSA Bergen 2. From Red Flight.

10 games for each team and a true top flight.

    2nd flight would be
Red Bull North, PDA, STA pre-ECNL, AS Junior, Morris Elite, NY Alleycats, PSA Princeton, Europa Lions and either 2/3 of Ironbound, CSA Monmouth, Dutchmen, STA pre-ECRL
Let's see what happens but I agree 100% with this. The Dutchmen are hiding from CSA II heard they just won't reschedule the game that neve took place. So if CSA II wins that match they would finish 4th.

Either way it would be interesting to have both CSA squads in one flight. FA has two squads in the top u12 flight right now as well so I am sure it is possible.

Dutchmen/Red Bank Arsenal didn’t play the final game or tough matches going on 2 years now in MOSA and EDP. They duck and hide every season.

The north east academy leagues is partnered with the MLS next league. It is mainly just the teams that are in MLS next and
provide the u12 teams a stronger league than EDP and also provide a league for 2nd teams at the MLS next clubs to get games in.

How many teams usually get relegated? Is it bottom 2 or 3?

Will those teams disappear from EDP then next year?

Union is already playing in it under CSA Monmouth 2010 B team. Maybe they'll switch to CSA for good at some point?

Those teams do disappear from EDP next year in the Fall season. They will still be in EDP league in the Spring, however.

Those town teams like Union and Bloomfield, I assume will stay in EDP forever, they don't have the option to go into the other leagues.

TSF, CSA Bergen, CSA Monmouth, PDA, NY Red Bull and Real Jersey FC are all in the MLS Next League. Match Fit and STA are both in the ECNL League. Morris Elite is in the USL Academy League. all those teams will be exiting the EDP league within the next couple years. Singular good teams just cant join those leagues, they only take in entire clubs. Lots of Requirements relating to facilities and various other things. The NJ area is already so diluted, those leagues arent expanding in NJ.

Smaller teams complain about this but I think it's a great idea. For the top level competition it should be the best talent pool and program vs the best. Sure Bloomfield and Union can pull upsets once in a while but long term they won't be able to compete since the top clubs will have the best players.

Lower Merion is another one, once their top 2-3 kids get pulled into Philly Union they won't be able to compete. I think the EDP is perfect for the smaller teams, they can play a year or two up to make it a challenge but long term they will not offer a pathway like the big clubs.
