Whenever there are players missing from one Red bulls team, they'll bring players from the other teams.
    just like FA does.

Almost all of the academy's do that. The CSA Programs move people up and down between teams if needed. People on this message board complain every tournament when Liverpool Central players play with the Liverpool South team and win their flight. PDA moves players around at other age groups, not sure if they have at 2011 yet, same with STA. Match Fit has shared players between their Blue and Black teams in the past. FA is using the same kids for 2 teams to play in more games. That is slightly different then moving a player or 2 around.

I'm not disputing that. I said that the North beats South every time in in-house scrimmages.

The NY team I believe only has 9 players in the roster so they guest play from the other 2 teams.

I was at the friendlies for Union and Red Bull’s and I’m pretty sure the south team that beat us beat the north team like 8-2 unless that was the NY team. (I don’t think it was) I also spoke to one of the parents and he said that they scrimmage on Wednesday for a bit but players are often missing or switched around and that the North team wins some and the south team wins some. I think he said these are like 15-20 minute quick games and get stopped to teach as well as an opportunity to play the boys in different positions as they should be doing. Unless one team is significantly better it would be impossible for one team to win every game even in friendly scrimmages. In reality it doesn’t matter as most of the kids will be teammates next year or will be cut. They will be a much better team when they cut these three teams down to one team.

FA and Morris Elite set up in their backyard. Only so many players in the area. STA got shut out from the USL academy too by Morris Elite and Morristown men’s team. So they can’t go any higher than ECNL.

and oh yeah bad coaching and playing dirty catches up when people are looking to change teams and see that. FA has become the more attractive 2011 option in the area.

Wasn’t FA previously the Centercourt teams? I thought they have been in the area for awhile, even though the FA is new.

Also, is Morris Elite with USL really a more attractive option than the ECNL that STA, PDA and Match Fit offers? I was under the impression that ECNL was below the MLS Next league. Is it now MLS Next as the top option followed by USL, than ECNL?

FA Black team is not what used to be anymore. I heard their parents be stalking other teams parents after their games. To offer them an opportunity to come to FA- they really need players to glue the team together.

There will be no long term path for players at FA. They will need to look at other options. Everyone knows that. PDA/CSA is going to engulf the majority of Talent.

Not sure that is the case. FA 2010’s have a few kids that came from PDA and just beat PDA at EDP. Maybe in 3-4 years in MLS next you may see 2 or 3 kids move to a PDA/CSA but don’t think it will be a majority. That’s assuming all these kids are better than what that have or what they are recruiting.

Why would anyone want to wait 3-4 years to play in MLS Next. Granted you are High level. If parents are leaving CSA/PDA at 2010- they are just not educated on how youth soccer next level really works. Maybe someone pissed them off or they couldn’t compete at the highest level anymore.

Could you explain how youth soccer next level really works then since you seem to know? I am legitimately curious as what other people think. What happens? Do all of the best kids in the state all at once flock to the 6 teams in the state that are in included in the MLS Next league? TSF, PDA, CSA Bergen, CSA Monmouth, Real and NY Red Bulls are the 6 teams to aspire to be on? But currently 3 of those teams are average at best. Any kids who cant cut it at an MLS Next club then drop down to the ECNL Clubs (STA, Match Fit and PDA B team) and everyone else is left to play in EDP which somehow is no longer very competitive? The MLS Next is in its 2nd season of existence. Last year the MLS Next teams played their league games and had one playoff tournament at the end of the year. So you are looking at playing 20-25 games total over the year with those clubs. No Dallas Cup, Super Copa, Disney Showcase, Jeff Cup or any of those tournaments around the country for any clubs involved in MLS Next. Strictly your league games and training. Why does EDP and various other tournaments all over the country still run College Showcase events with tons of different college coaches attending if none of those teams are even worth being on.

Or maybe it is because PDA has a roster of 35 for 9v9 and 3 different teams for 2010s :-D
