from FA to Union to ASJE and any other top flight teams just get ****ted on and looked down upon simply because haters like to suck the piss out of the MLS Academy Directors. Wait till 90% of those kids playing for Redbulls get dropped next year and move to the teams like CSA or TSF or PDA just to try and find a spot on a MLSnext Team.
Meanwhile, none of the credit ever wants to be given to the development of the smaller clubs like ASJE or town clubs like UNION. FA gets ****ted on because of no higher pathway when their specific focus is to develop till the age of 12/13 yrs.
These smaller club teams mentioned above don’t have the reach, money or marketing to compete with hosting invitationals like RBs to recruit from the large vast majority of kids yet still find a way to be competitive and disrupt the NJYS parents to keep hating daily!
Funny how both the two most talked about teams Union & AS Juniors both happened to win their tournaments this weekend.
They both face off week 1 against each other which will be the matchup of the season!

I don't think AS Junior Elite is talked about much on this forum other than having the mini pitch for playing on.

Yeah, take it down a notch. Juniors still have a lot to prove if they even want to be considered in the middle of the table in their division. This is the season to prove it. Although , they do need a bigger field. I have a parlay on Union winning plus the coach getting a yellow.

FA, AS Junior, Union and 1 RB team will finish in the top 4.. I have watched all 4 play.

I have also seen all of them play and I would guess different... I would say that both Red Bulls, CSA and FA would be top 4. Bloomfield, AS Junior and Liverpool will be bottom 3.

Anyone know what happened at the Capelli Invitational?

Yes all agreed but AS Junior won’t finish at the bottom.

If I had to bet I would pick the same top 4 teams in no particular order.

Who cares! The invites were only offered to clubs that support the Capelli brand.

From what I heard AS Juniors practically beat Bloomfield this past weekend at the STA invitational when Vistula had a mixed team of some of their best players. The score 5-1 doesn’t show it being a close game.

If that’s true and that’s the case then Bloomfield shouldn’t even be in the top flight if ASJ is a middle to bottom 1st flight team.

After Union losing there best player to Redbulls the game just went in ASJs favor
