Technically the points follow the team and coach, not the organization. coach simply tells GOT Soccer that the team has moved to another club.

In the case of the 06's no team moved, coach remained and so did a number of kids, so B team took the identity of old A team.

So, now that they are GAL, do they need their points back? I’m guessing they’ll be entering some non-GAL tournaments and need to be placed in the correct flight.

The B team will have a higher ranking than the GAL team!

But in many cases the now B team was part of the team that accrued the points
Example: old A team with the points has a few girls move up to DA to join newcomers. The rest/majority stay with the now B team. Tell me why they shouldn’t keep the points? I’m far from an STA fan but on this one, they would not be incorrect. Now if the whole team became DA that’s a different thing.

It’s was bad for the girls. Some of those teams had some bad losses because they were overmatched.
