Very poor training on the girls side for both clubs.

As with any club, it depends on the coach. A blanket statement about poor training demonstrates very little nuance with regards to coaches and trainers.

They are both bleeding players already and not even being honest with the families that don’t even have a clue.

My daughter is at STA. Did I miss something? It’s pretty evident what’s going on. Is there something I’m not aware of with the club?

What makes the training poor?

Lack of intensity and dedication from the coaches to make each and every player better. It’s a fine balance but must be met in order to get the most of what you have instead of constantly looking to replace the bottom of the roster because “they are not developing”.

The club is losing players pretty quickly. As coaches have been able to hold small group training sessions, clubs have been making offers to a lot of players. My daughters team has 3 new players attending the training sessions. All are joining from STA.
If your daughter is there, I would check with other parents to see if they are leaving. The club will never tell you the truth

The soccer has. Hanged to the point that there never be loyalty or commitment with by a club or parents/players. All lack transparency and now each Spring it becomes a game of musical chairs and everyone goes to what club/team is hot at that moment. Just make sure your not left without a chair when the music stops.

Confirm that at STA for sure. Then it becomes self fulfilling. The kids hardley playing do not develop and their confidence get destroyed and they’re afraid to mess up when they do get in. Meanwhile the favorites take off in leaps and bounds.

I'm not sure this is the right place to ask, but it seems I have always gotten a sense of rumors being true by leaks on TS so here goes. Last night we were told by friends that our daughters STA team playing in the GA league would be combining with the 2009's. We are not familiar with STA and hope it is not true, but these friends were certain of it.

if you mean combining the 2008 team with the 2009 team then that would be incorrect. The 2008 team has so many players that they shuffled a bunch to the 2008 B team

TV. He is not good at all. 04s couldn’t stand him. Anyone staying demanding time with NM.

I’m guessing that if my daughter was “shuffled to the B team” I would have been informed, at least I hope so. Thanks
