Really, where are you hearing this? Let me call you on your BS! Rutgers is part of the P5 (BIG 10 conference) which is one of the highest revenue conferences in the country. So where are you hearing this? Michigan, Indiana, Penn State are state schools, are they cutting these programs as well since there not revenue generating?

Considering the NCAA denied the relief to have certain amount of sports and title 9 is still in effect, women's sports are safe....for now.

New president? We need leadership. Fearless and high integrity leadership. Not clown politicians worried about their pockets.

Yes U of Cincy men’s soccer spent $1.2mil a season! These schools can realize lots of savings. RU being what they are prob spend a lot more so cutting would save a lot of $$$.

I think the s/he meant, "We would be better off with no president (at all)."

NCAA rules state that Sophomores can’t be communicated to by D1 coaches prior to June 15th of their Sophomore year. You think that’s happening? MR coaches the 2003 team this year. That is made up of Sophomore and Juniors. You don’t think that is illegal. Massive conflict of interest. I am sure if you dig further into the NCAA rules there is a lot of violations,
Including recruiting when coaching for PDA at events.

Please stick to Rutgers what does that have to do with PDA....totally separate and independent organizations with no interaction or business partnership.

Clearly his kid is not going to be playing soccer at Rutgers so they have to come up with theories and excuses other than the most obvious. Most of the better clubs have hired college assistant coaches to help supplement there income and that has never been a problem.

Honestly, it’s not a bad idea. He built up the Wall Soccer program, played a pivotal role in building CSA’s DA program, and has been on a great run at PSA. College coach could be a logical next step.
