Not with either club, but there is no comparison PDA is the top club in the area. Period. I live to far for my kid to play at PDA but if I could and if her dream was to play college soccer I would take her to PDA - no contest. Not to disparage any other club, but PDA’s track record really does speak for itself, and it has for a long time. I’ve had kids at the ECNL level since it’s inception and PDA has always been on top. It is what it is.

PDA white teams not being competitive (because they don’t really develop)
PDA blue teams not seeing any competition (unless they play outside of ECNL or in playoffs).
1/3 of pda blue team ends up at Rutgers on a 1/4 scholarship.
It just seems that best pathway is to stay at a club that develops players, and then eventually switch to PDA or MF where your kid can be showcased at u16. Plus now you have alternatives in the area, which is awesome.Comment

They drive past PDA because they can't make PDA! MFA is made up PDA & STA- 2nd/ 3rd team players . When they are able to make those PDA Teams they leave . And lets not kid ourselves- They are able to make those PDA teams after a few years on MFA due to outside/ private training, not MFA training. #dumpsterfire Those kids would be better off on PDA 3rd team than on MFA 1st teams, and soon they learn that and they all leave.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

PDA’s coaches are not even close to the level of MR quality, expertise and care for the players. The girls love her! Why doesn’t PDA have more qualified women coaches, especially with all the former PDA and Rutgers players and alumni out there? Makes you wonder about the opportunities (or lack thereof) they offer to women....Comment
