Not sure who ball daddy is. I was talking from coaching experience though and not MF. Just a town travel team for 4 years and I can say I poured my heart into it. Tried to give everyone the attention they needed and attempted to help everyone grow and improve. I never had problems with parents and I level set things with them on their child's attentiveness, aptitude, and work ethic. I have empathy for what coaches, no matter the club try to accomplish. I'm going to assume the same few that are saying X club can't develop is also complaining about doing extra training on the side outside of their club. Certain kids naturally pick things up faster than others. Those that don't, that doesn't mean they can't. It just means they need to first, want to get better, and secondly, put in more work.Comment
