is this the point where the rumored lack of emphasis on technical and player development at the younger ages at pda (and over focus on winning with good recruited athletes at young ages) comes back to bite the later user of the player pool?
it looked like during the game that Rutgers has a decent collection of athletes but needs some more schooling as to how to play decent soccer well together as a unit technically?...
this type of play comes from years of mainly technical training at young ages whereby emphasis is not placed on just winning u11 games for recruiting purposes...
are the youth coaches putting in the "real" work developing players for the long term on a technical basis, and not just what parents see in results of games?...
