Fully agree, my kid was going to join NJP but the drive was to far. The culture is also very nice.

It won't annoy pda, if a njp player is good enough for blue, ga won't change that decision. If a kid / family is he'll bent on ecnl ( right or wrong) they'll just go to white at some point. It's a tough location

Disagree. Girls can get great exposure in GA and not leave the team/club. You don't have to only play for ECNL or PDA Blue to get exposure - fake news.

No one would leave NJP for PDA White if NJP had GA. Blue is different, but there are girls are NJP that could just walk over to blue today and start but dont like the culture at PDA

Agree, and NJP does deserve to be in the GA, but STA will do whaever it takes to not them them in.

If they could walk over and start on blue they would. Just stop the nonsense.

How many kids move between NJP and STA? I cant imagine there are many. Why would STA care?

Denial is the most sincere form of flattery.

They have plenty of good teams considering their circumstances and with a badge will only get better. Name another local team that would even be considered. There isn’t one. They are a mile away from one of the largest soccer programs in the country that hoards teams and players.

There 2008s are constantly in the conversation at a great team with incredible players. .

2009 always competitive and a draw

2010s time will tell, a badge immediately makes them credible with a solid tryout.

2011s highly competitive with several excellent players.

                        2012s TBD

2013s TBD since loss of players.

2014 apparently very good if they keep it together

A badge makes this club immediately an annual contender when the PDA white leftover draw is gone.

STA probably had the biggest gripe even though players aren’t shared but that will fall on deaf ears at this point as they don’t really have a credible argument anymore and the advancement of poor teams in last few years makes GA vulnerable to decreased competitive balance.

So saying 1 team isn’t working anymore .

Why would you care for another clubs success unless you were a club hoping they would be not be successful? If you don’t like where your kid is playing or where you are coaching, leave. NJ Premiers success will not hurt you.

                            A realignment is long overdue.

                            a division with

                            NYSC
                            LISC
                            Real
                            SJEB
                            CSA
                            STA
                            NJP
                            A few PA clubs

would be something every parent would sign up for. Real competitive games every week with travel less than 1:30. Save the Upstate and MA teams for Tourneys and Showcases. NJ Premiers success may take a couple years to get there but their development and retention will allow them to do so quickly unlike other programs.

I'm asking you why they should be in GA if they only have 1 decent team? What makes them worthy from top to bottom? I assume ga looks at more than 1 team

Are you paid by NJP for all of this research and arguing daily that NJP deserves GA?? Do you think the GA board is on this forum?
