Would probably be a good thing for everyone involved if NJP were granted GA. Except ECNL as PDA white would get worse

NJP has one team, carries light rosters and you don't have to worry about A,B,C team politics across various locations. Just keeping players and gaining a few would make a huge difference. [/QUOTE]
yea, but if you are a non starter you always are worried that they will just pull in a new player at the last minute and you will be cut without a team. Hard t o keep players in that atmosphere. Wonder how they treat their very committed mid level players or if they get GA will it just be cut throat like the rest of the ECNL/GA teams

They won't typically sacrifice a roster spot for players that are not at a certain level. Having only one team, they can't park players unless you have a bunch of players leave. I think they could easily absorb a few new players and it wouldn't impact anything other than winning.

would be something every parent would sign up for. Real competitive games every week with travel less than 1:30. Save the Upstate and MA teams for Tourneys and Showcases. NJ Premiers success may take a couple years to get there but their development and retention will allow them to do so quickly unlike other programs.

As far as club hopping… Do YOU! Don’t worry for 1 minute about these clubs because that’s about how much they worry about you. They move accordingly and most are horrible at communication. Most of these situations can be avoided but they are all run poorly by ppl who have never competed at a high level or know how to run a good business!!!!!!

These clubs are the ones that say 80% of D1 players are from ECNL, but the true fact is that 80% of D1 players are from the top 1/3 of ECNL teams

Only non-badge teams ahead of them are NJ Crush (ECRL) so if they are trying to get a badge it would be ECNL and FA, currently EDP and not aware if they are trying to get a badge. With STA and MFA as there neighbors they are in a tough spot.
Not sure if anyone deserves anything but these are a good place to start.
Reading adults fighting over which teams are good an bad is sad.
1) PDA
2) MFA
3) Real
4) STA
5) SJEB
6) CSA
7) Crush
8) FA
9) NJ Nationals
10) NJP
11) NLSA
12) PSA

Unfortunately not about who is good and bad. Fact is alot of things factor in. Not just how competitive the club is. Finances, facilities , location, politics, fields, and the board and who the board knows are all super important. I’m not making the rules just giving you some perspective
