If you come here to talk bad about young girls, you should REALLY go and reflect on your life. Yes, this level of play is great and we all love the competitve enviroment for our girls, but we don't need all these people talking bad. They are young and they will learn how to grow and develop. Please grow up parents, you really don't need to go and be so negative. I can't imagine any of the parents I know (My D plays for PDA) talking like this but I KNOW some of them are. If you are one of those parents, please do better and set a better example for your children. Thank you :)

The coach isn't standing upright with no body shape, angle, or movement off a defensive player, the players are. The coach isn't telling them to pass it in only 1 of 3 directions, the players are doing that. Watching the same video will show a few examples of them figuring it out in real time! Over time and the off season, they're going to figure it out. The coach see's whats going on and he will make adjustments. He can't joystick them in the middle of the game to make them make the right play. Can he be better, yes, sure! Anyone can be better and they have to be given the chance too. Address to him some of your concerns. If you feel it will impact your kid negatively and it does, then good, it’s a clear sign to leave. But saying nothing to him and just talking on here is not it....

All the talk on here that wins mean nothing I thought? Kids are developing regardless of what this thread is saying.... I dont know why I keep looking here. You parents are a train wreck.
Everybody freaked out that PDA lost a lot but they were figuring **** out. They been figuring **** out for a long time. Gonna start to show up. And guess what? They traded wins at U10-U11 for it. Because now it’s not important, they r learning to problem solve that pays off later.
So nah it’s not hypocrisy unless u are only able to see black and white. They gonna play a better soccer style and maybe win to top it off bc they are learning good soccer habits. Maybe they lose too but they are gonna try to build out and create passing lanes and have good off ball movement. I’d rather have that than just punting from keeper to keeper. Or hitting it deep into corner…

It’s develop to win later dumbass. The point of development is trial and error learning from mistakes until your team can solve problems and figure **** out. With the coach’s guidance. You eventually get better at solving the problems and finding the way you want to play. But it ain’t overnight success. This is what PDA been doing for some time now. Every game we played them they look better. Figuring out what their style will be. Do they kick it or punt every now and then? Yeah. But it ain’t their main choice.

Dipsh*t PDA only wins at older ages bcos they attract more talents from local teams like MFA as girls try to position themselves best for college recruitment. It has nothing to do with figuring nothing out knucklehead!!! Clubs win with talents not just some playing style. Get it in your thick head that older aged teams win primarily based on depth of talent which is maximized by a good coach and supports the adopted playing style.
PDA won’t win at any age level without superior talent pool. Collectively PDA has better talent depth at just about every age level so it’s quite impressive MFA holds their own at various ages against this longer established opponent. Give credit to whom it’s due. With all the noise you have been making on TS you would have ended up at PDA if your child was good enough - too bad she ain’t and you are expecting MFA to make her a superstar. Can’t get blood out of a stone buddy.

Let’s be real, most parents of talented players would stay with an organization where they trust the coaching staff and feel the club is looking out for their child’s best interest. As soon as that trust is broken, they look elsewhere. Some of these coaches at MFA have no idea how to manage a team and build that type of relationship with parents. Playing win at all cost kick and run in games whilst degrading and scorning young girls for mistakes on game day doesn’t really work well for player retention.
