The clubs taking huge rosters should be putting the team in multiple leagues, that way there's ample games for all the girls and at the level thats right for them.

No, I’m a parent whose kid plays on a team with no issues. May be rare at Copa, I’ll admit. That’s not saying these two points aren’t entirely valid either. . But, saying no one shows up to tryouts is bull*****. If they think the boys can’t win in low levels, well, the girls can’t either. But looking around seems like that’s pretty common.

and most of GA is better than the bottom half of ECNL. And all of NL/EDP 1&2 are ALL better than most of ECRL (since NL/EDP 1&2 EARNED spots up there). So what's your point? That there are too many leagues and they are all diluted? We all know that

It’s all over the place with too many clubs and teams in ecrl and the talent pool spread thin. Ecrl just replaced USYS nl. That’s the only thing that happened.

Not sure why everyone loves point to the bottom of the league then paints the whole league with that brush. MF Shore, Crush, NLSA, Mercer, LVU, the other PA teams (Hex, Reading), the NY teams all very good. PSAs younger teams all pretty good as well. The top half of the league certainly better than GA pretty much across the board. I’m curious to see how Bayside does this year.

The top half of ECRL2 or even ECRL better than GA across the board? You have to be joking. ECNL doesn't take clubs from RL or RL2 conferences, they take from GA. Even with what is left in GA it is still better then RL.

you all must be drinking again, GA lost all its value. Select few clubs have a good reputation. Rest of GA teams are indeed worst than RL teams.
prime example a player who joined our team left a GA team and came to our club. Her college commitment told her they would not have recruited her if she stayed at the GA club.

You mean powerhouses like Bayside and DUSC that were just added? Bayside was middle to bottom in most age groups in ECRL. I forget the number, but on Breaking the Lines, they noted that something like a third of ECNL clubs were promoted from RL.

Most RL teams are the second teams of ECNL teams and some are even third teams.

Yet ECNL keeps bringing in GA clubs over even the pathway RL teams that are trying to be promoted.

2nd tier to ECNL sure, compared to RL not even close. You can look at the college attendance lists for ECNL, GA, and RL showcases and playoffs and see RL isn't even close in regards to GA.

Even with 1/3rd coming from RL since GA, 4 out of 5 came from a single year. I don't claim that clubs like Bayside or DUSC are great or even the several new clubs added to the Mid Atlantic conference are great but they are still on par with or better than a vast majority of RL.
