I don't know the player being discussed but in general there are way too many players like this and it seems to becoming a larger issue on the girls' side. There is such a focus on individual technical training that some potentially really good players aren't learning how to be a good teammate and college coaches take notice of that. You wont' always be the alpha so if you can't be part of a team, you'll have no place moving forward.
