Frequent power trips and zero interest of improving himself as a coach/person. Parent’s know nothing and he knows everything. Talk about classic little man syndrome. Niko is the # 1 problem at CSA and it’s been that way since he arrived years ago and he is not going anywhere. Take our advise and leave before he shames your daughter. He is a cancer but tolerated ironically. Everyone avoids him! Sad!

CSA is really great. Any negativity are from parents who’s kids got cut because they will cut you if your not keeping up. The training is top notch. The facilities are top notch. Great place to train. You will see improvement from only their training sessions without outside training. Of course great players will also train outside of CSA but if you don’t you will still see improvement. I can’t speak more highly about this organization as far as training and facilities goes.

As in other clubs, some coaches can multi-task while others struggle with the administrative side of things and communication which impacts the soccer aspect of it. As a whole, most clubs struggle with the same inconsistencies across the teams and thus the outcry of the disgruntled parents trying to implicate the club while it’s a team issue. Clubs can’t manage coaches effectively no matter what club it is.

Boys or girls CSA have a horrible toxic environment. You got John the toxic at U13 & U14. Half of the team left during the season and the other half won’t be resigning. The same is happening at the older age groups. They place young short inexperienced coaches, who are on a power trip to prove something that doesn’t exist. Ruined it for the boys.
