Considering they have the best facility in the state, CSA has never fixed the administrative side of things since day 1 to improve the soccer side of things. It’s the same complaint heard across multiple clubs. Coaches aren’t administrators. They aren’t paid to take on all of the administrative tasks that fall on them and there are no true strong directors able to influence coaches, developers curriculums, and standardize things that keep decisions for the betterment of the player. Instead it’s a constant money grab.
