NJP has a really solid pipeline at younger ages along with coaching. Hopefully, once they get GA they will keep all the talent they developed and keep evolving/improving. PDA will never play NJP or allow them in ECNL. So getting the GA badge would be huge as they keep improving each year.

agreed, but I just wonder that if they do get it will they end up replacing 50% of players on each of their teams with outsiders that want to join GA

I think it would be the opposite impact. NJP would keep all their players in house versus having them leave. Their younger pipeline would keep getting better which U9-U12 is pretty strong. I have seen it myself as they start at 6 with their STEP kids; then they will field about half their 9U team with kids already in the pipeline. Sure you have kids come and go, but the best players should can now stay versus leaving for exposure at 13U.

I would think NJP would absorb some PDA players who don’t want the politics and want more playing time. But competition is good they wouldn’t just wipe out a team they developed for 4 years for some outsiders.
