there are plenty of excellent players on town teams that could easily play for blue but do not want to be involved in the overhead of ECNL. Just look at EDP Premier 1&2 or top teams in other leagues for teams that you wonder "how the heck are they this high up" and it is probably because of 1 player.

it’s inevitable as they get older !! White is still better than most other clubs not in ECNL. It’s like being a middle level team in GA. There’s always going to be top of bracket and bottom of bracket. Odd white is usually lower down because you have to remember it’s the second team. Not as much talent as the first team. Makes sense.
