The quicker people start to exploit these clubs that offer below bare minimum then gouge for extra the better. Why do ECNL clubs not offer the same as every other club 3x a week, winter practices, 10+ games a season all for $3k. Ask the questions people!
MFA shore charges close to 4k for ECRL but they do offer 3 practices per week.

They are better off giving the white badge to shore so that those people feel like an A team

The reason you see all the girls rostered for ECNL is because they had to put them in before ash finalized the teams last summer. But there’s never been more than 18 and when they were 9v9 it was even smaller.
The team is decent and contending now with all of the pre ECNL teams.
The team was getting battered of B teams in EDP, give me a break that the team is decent! Not trying to be harsh on the team, it's just a reality. If ECNL is really the best league in the entire world better than the English premiership according to most, then how does a mid level EDP team survive in it?

You forget to add that you get a coach, who has about 4 other coaching jobs and doesn't really care about the squad, it's a simple paycheck to them. Every other mediocre club has a full-time coach, PDA has guys doing 5 different jobs in different towns or programs and you expect them to be able to spend the proper time with your kids, common sense people. I would rather play for my town club with a coach that is all in than be part of the PDA mediocre coaches paycheck train. They are meant to be a 'top' level club and have about 2 guys that work full time for them, my town club has more!

because 80% of the girls on white now will not be there in 2 years and replaced by others. They are just place holders, and should know it

2012 PDA White is in 2nd to last place in the league with a posted record of 2 wins, 11 losses, and a draw. They have a goal differential of -29. They have shown improvement during the year though. They started the season with 6 straight losses by multiple goals. Recently, they have been better, but not good enough to beat any of the top teams in the league. Their 2 wins so far were by one goal each against two teams that have a combined 4 league wins on the season, out of 33 games played.

Check the recent score lines. They’re contending. Get over yourself.

Clearly a bitter parent whose kid was cut or benched.

The blue team is a separate team so why would they play with the blue team?

kids are benched bc they most likely missed too many practices or aren’t performing well.

How many girls are rostered for the fall so far on this team?

Next year won't be too much better because there are 5 teams in that division that are too good for them to beat: PDA Blue, Match Fit, Penn Fusion, Delco, and Bethesda. If they play each of those teams twice, that's at least 8 losses, being generous. I believe they were 0-10-0 against that group in league play this year.

Stop equating wins and loses to best place for development. If my kid can get on pda white and play ECNL. I rather that then play at MFS or pda Monmouth, Nj crush or any other ECRL 2 league team. I rather lose in ECNL than win in ECRL 2

I wasn't equating wins and loses with development. I also recommend your kid play wherever she gets the best development, regardless of wins and losses at this age. I was simply stating that the team likely won't have much better results next year because they are playing in very competitive conference. I think the 2010's and the 2012's are the most competitive age groups in the North Atlantic right now.

Which is fair to say. But people hear the team loses all the time and it’s not worth being on it. I disagree. Because it’s a better option than a lot of other clubs near and far.

The 2012 white coach is awesome. These girls are learning to play the right way.
