Thought it was a 30 player Mish mosh with lack of clarity with who will be rl vs white but only pre ecnl so probably growing pains, it's part of process

across 2 teams. They just have everyone from ECNL White and ECRL White listed as Pre-ECNL. This way they could all play in the pre-ecnl league and "try out". I was told that a month or two ago parents were told which team kids would be on, but that info was 2nd hand.

again, 2 teams, 15 each, so it is just a place holder for now. Not that hard to understand. Sucks for the kids that think they are white ECNL, but end up being white ECRL, but it doesnt really matter, most of them will be off the team in a year or two when blue bumps people to white ECNL and white ECNL bumps kids to ECRL.

that dad is crazy and believes his kid is the best, as all parents should but how much more hopping around will he do? Feel bad for crush inheriting him.

Only two girls have left white pre ecnl. And parents already know which team their kid will be on. Maybe the parent whose daughter wasn’t asked to return next year is upset and trying to stir the pot.

The team was in a total upheaval after coach ash left in August abruptly. So one player left for shore. Nobody else left except for once crazy father who ruined it for his kid. He’ll never be happy. The roster stands for white ECNL at 18. The third team was always in existence and is improving all the time. The reason you see all the girls rostered for ECNL is because they had to put them in before ash finalized the teams last summer. But there’s never been more than 18 and when they were 9v9 it was even smaller.
The team is decent and contending now with all of the pre ECNL teams.

there are plenty of excellent players on town teams that could easily play for blue but do not want to be involved in the overhead of ECNL. Just look at EDP Premier 1&2 or top teams in other leagues for teams that you wonder "how the heck are they this high up" and it is probably because of 1 player.

because the players on the 2nd team at PDA is treated like second-rate citizens. Not even the ECNL badge can save it. $3.5k for 2 practices and 6 games a season. Pay for extra practices or you don't get to play on the blue or start games just so you can line the coaches pocket. You are $4.5K in at PDA to play on a B team. The quicker people start to exploit these clubs that offer below bare minimum then gouge for extra the better. Why do ECNL clubs not offer the same as every other club 3x a week, winter practices, 10+ games a season all for $3k. Ask the questions people!
