Excellent trainer. He does lose top players over time because they want to play in ECNL. But nothing to do with him as a coach.

Niko is a joke. His 2012 team is stolen girls from teams that developed his players. He just takes players from good teams and ppl think he’s good. He over runs girls, and is overall mush a weirdo. CSA Monmouth and GA is dying and are just players who can’t be ecnl. If you want your development to cease go to Niko at CSA!

Niko can and does develop players. The girls on his 2012 team like and respect him. He has shown care and concern for the girls on the team. No one is perfect, and perhaps more time should be spent on this board discussing soccer and not picking apart anyone who the writer sees as a threat to his or her daughter’s team.

Isn’t the youngest team he coaches a 2012 team? How is he supposed to develop them before he gets them?

The top players from PA all played at LVU United who now play for PDA or MFA where all trained by Nico, he knows how to develop players better than anyone.

True, he is a solid trainer, not spectacular. Isn't overly technical and his teams reflect this. You can surely do worse

People like DG and players play for him even though he has flaws. People loathe NS; players and parents. We avoid the club specifically because he’s still involved. Not fair to put DG in the same sentence as NS; so many better coaches/trainers than NS. Wake up!!!
