Not perfect but the guy is beyond dedicated to his teams. Maybe it's strong desire to get results for mgmt but he dedicates alot of his personal time outside of what contract requires with extra games and tournaments. The guy lives and breathes this stuff , he isn't for everybody but you have to have respect for a man that takes alot of time out of his life to do extra for kids. -
You can do worse. He is tough, he can joystick coach at times but he's intense keeps kids on their toes during games. Communication about kid to parents is non existent. Coach Niko is an Awesome coach. All you have to do is look at all the players. He developed the best players in our area. Now those girls are being heavily recruited or have already ready committed to division 1 or 2 schools. Match Fit and PDA are not responsible for their development, in fact, Match Fit put them back in their development by their horrible training and bad coaching.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment

Probably dumped your kid at ns practice 3x a week and expected him to develop the next alex Morgan. Your expectations were all wrong. Best advice is stay away. He will make inappropriate comments about girls on the team.
he will play favorites.
He does bully kids & expect them to love him.
he will will not promote hard work over talent.
Zero feedback to kids not in the top 11.
He will give zilch playing time to run players off a team. Not based on effort or hard work.
in many years being with the club no player evaluation or feedback to parents.
If you care about your kid go elsewhere.
