I don't think the problem is not enough talent, I think the problem is that there is too much dilution with mid-level clubs. Do you really need PSA, Blaze, MFS and Cedar Stars all in Tinton Falls and on top of town teams like Wall, Freehold, Holmdel, CJFA, Peninsula, etc in an area that doesn't really have the population to support it? Some consolidation would make for some more competitive teams and reduce overhead/costs.

Confused, PSA Monmouth lists that they are Ecnl RL but the teams are from PSA north?

Mostly north teams. It’s ridiculous that Monmouth is so bad that most town clubs are better. In my opinion false advertising and a complete ripoff

Now that’s diluted. If MF and PSA both are ecrl playing 1/2 mile from each other. That is stupid

Clubs are businesses. If they can field a low flight white team and collect all that money, they do it.

I think the point was they don’t have to play the Wall, Toms River, brick and other towns because they are hidden in ecrl

PSA Monmouth 2014 lost to Howell
PSA Monmouth 2013 was destroyed by Hazlet and Old Bridge and tied Freehold
No PSA Monmouth 2012 team
PSA Monmouth 2011 lost to Marlboro peninsula Middletown and Old Bridge
PSA Monmouth 2010 lost to ocean and tied wall
HS age teams haven't played local since fall

player play if they kiss ass and parents pay extra by private training.... a lot of the current players stink....

players aren't. cut they leave because of BS and poor training...

Most players at CSA wouldn't make another team at a decent Academy,..

not true. I have seen CSA girls go to MFA shore because they either didn’t make the team going into GA year or they sit the bench.

This. CSA players either get cut and go to mfa shore or go to mfa shore when their playing time is cut to nothing. Nl players go to mfa shore once they realise that GA ain't happening

CSA Monmouth. I know of multiple age groups that kids got hit or not playing so they come to MFA. And some of those families say CSA training is better than MFA even though now they are playing for mfa.

I agree. My point is.. right now with ECRL at MFA shore, you get the bottom players from CSA. The only way they have a chance of getting their top players is if they get ECNL. Otherwise MFA shore will keep getting csa’s bench .
