Will ECRL take town clubs into ECRL like a wall or freehold ?? They both produce good teams. Is that something possible or do they only take “academies” in those leagues.

ECRL like ECNL and GA is club v club so unless Wall and Freehold could field full teams from u12 to u19 then it is a hard no. They would still need to be competitive across the board as well. Even with all that they would most likely go into the dumpster fire that is the Northeast conference which is almost ECRL except you don't play any ECNLs ECRL teams only the same teams you most likely played in EDP or Elite 64.

- Do you have exceptional infrastructure (training complexes - indoor and outdoor)
- Do you have a rigorous development plan for athletes
- Financial stability - demonstrated reserves
- Quality of coaching - what level of coaching licenses? Daddy coaches dont cut it
- Consistency of product / on field success across levels - have you been able to and will you be able to compete at the ECNL level across age groups

they are getting a DOC with a plan for development.
majority of their coaches are bob smith trainers not parents.
if they got ECNL or ECRL they would keep their players longer.
they are not that far behind MFA shore and pda shore,…. Both in ECRL.

number of B & C licensed coaches matter
If there is ANY tie to a preference for say Freehold kids over outside kids - you are doa. if its town travel+, no chance.
