Deptford will most likely be in 1 next season, won their first game in 2 9-3

I keep seeing how great Deptford is, but do they actually play any good teams? Or they look good because they play in low brackets.

Deptford only preys on the weak. They got smoked by a town team a few weeks ago. Highland Swarm exposed them. Also, who is this Blaze team everyone talks about? Never heard of them.

A bit of both, have good players but lack the possession side of the game to compete with top premier 1 teams

im sure they are a very good team, but what people don’t realize is the difference between 1 and 2 is exponentially bigger than 2 and 3. You know that really tough game where your striker got shut down by that really athletic center back? That’s literally every game in Premier 1. And at every position. Good teams can get picked apart (especially on turf) where they aren’t used to the speed or precision of the game.

This is a lot of town teams with poor training and a group of athletic kids. Athletes get you wins when you are young, but eventually you need to learn to play soccer. Town teams don’t have strong enough coaching and deep enough benches.

Can't give full credit for Europa cup wins from the lower bracket. Why didn't they ask to get put in the top bracket? 5th ranked in NJ, I would think they would want to play top brackets??

EGSA is the only good team in that group, and they have lost tons of girls.
