Yea. Why would you say they aren’t? Pretty clear evidence says they are. EGSA had 1 loss in EDP 2 during the fall. I’d say that’s pretty good. Only flights above them were EDP 1 red / blue. The teams from the south on the girls side are stronger than the teams from the north.

there is a massive drop off from the teams in premier 1 and 2. BUT that being said, they beat Cantolao and FA in the fall and tied MF Morris. Never watched them play but have seen many of the teams they've beat, so have to put them up there

Don’t know for sure, but they received an influx of girls from GAK and already had a pretty big roster last year, so it’s a safe bet.

EGSA are not a top 10 team at all. Top 15 at best. They lost once in league but drawn twice and one draw was to Real’s B team. They also lost 2-0 to STA a team MFA Morris won 3x that season. Crush and Torpedoes who were the bottom 2 teams in EDP Prem 1 North last season would beat CSA Monmouth, EGSA, and NJ Surf who were the top Prem 2 South teams last season.

Your North Jersey bias is showing. The middle of last seasons South Prem 2 teams would be middle of the pack in North Jersey EDP 1. I have not seen Crush play, but I have seen torpedoes. They would have been 0-8 in EDP Prem 2 South as well.

Their best player is a player that plays on the 2012 team, or the 2014 that plays for them. I heard both of them have stayed so not sure who they lost but she would be average at best in most teams if it’s not one of those 2

Still second best. Their best was the one who plays with their 2012s then after is the one who left to MFA and then the 2014.

lol. No way second best. I don’t like to talk too much about kids individually but my D has played that team a couple of times and I was shocked that player left or more accurately MF took them. Only people saying they are good on here has to be family members/friends.

I’m assuming it’s because they need a 17/18 man 9v9 roster for next year as Pre ECNl are mandating 11v11 in the Spring so the rosters for the Fall will be deep.

FA have I would say 6 good players that would walk in any A team but this age group is so strong you need more than 6 strong players on a team - unless you have a couple players that are top of the state. They know where they fit in the state and are definitely not in any “top” conversation. They will live in the shadow of their 12 team which is a tough one but they are still better than a lot that’s out there.
