They can and they probably will - Real just tied PA Classics last week who then got taken care of by EGSA 3-0 in the final.

SJEB has been more consistent, but the 6-20 teams are all very close in level so there is a not big difference between 8 & 18.

Just look at the parity, EGSA just lost to CSA b team 2-1 yesterday and GAK just beat CSA b 2-1. EGSA losing a week after winning a tournament with Pipeline, PA Classics, and Real. NJ Surf lost to Match Fit Shore 2-1 and then tied CSA b 2-2. GAK beat STA 5-4 tied MFS 0-0 and beat the PA Classics 7-3. STA tied the torpedoes and lost 2-3. They also tied Match fit morris, lost once 0-2, and another time 0-4. The Torpedoes tied Match Fit Mercer, beat PDA White 1-0, and beat NJ Premier 2-0… we could continue on and on but you get my point. They are 10 and don’t play entirely consistently. There is a clear top 5 and then there is a drop, but that next 15 or so are capable of beating SJEB or Real.

Maybe, but I am sick of playing some of these same teams over & over. Bring on the next leagues and the out-of-state competition.

Also agree on the competition part. There might be a chance that all these top teams will play in 1 division next season like they did with U12 Premier 1 combining the top North and South teams.

Also here’s a few videos of some of these South Jersey 2013 teams playing.

Eeeeww biggest takeaway from these is how cringy the sideline commentary is

If anything there will be more 2014’s playing 9v9 to prepare for fall….duh. So your thought process clearly is wrong.

currently there is 2 premier 1 divisions. What makes you think they will eliminate one?

Some idiot with their first kid wrote that. There will actually be more 2014s that join in spring. Probably keep north south and relegate promote. South seems to have much more depth. Could even expand divisions to 9/10 teams. Season is still barely played with most teams 3-4 games so no reason to speculate…

Now that I think of it yeah there will be 2014’s that will play a year up but most likely not in the top 2 divisions. What makes me think they will eliminate one is the competition level in Premier 1. Both divisions are basically just the top 4 teams which makes 8 for Premier 1. 4 North and 4 South. It’s really not that deep it’s just a prediction/concept. Blud is getting a lil too offended.

Can’t possibly be your lil bro when you have a 10 yo oldest kid.
Your concept is flawed to anyone who has ever done this before or literally someone with common sense. Could they go to 1 division… I suppose, but it has caused more problems then it’s worth for travel in the past.

Scoreline was close. For a team that is so ‘obviously’ the best team in the state according to this forum which is obviously coming from MF parents, what happened that this season they have a 2-1 win and 1-0 win. If they were that good, they would be beating everyone comfortably.

I'm not affiliated with either PDA or MFA, but in general, its hard to take too much stock in some of the score lines, especially in bad weather, which is going to favor teams with bigger and more physical players. Balls skipping on turf or slow motion in muddy grass isnt a great indication of how a team will play in normal circumstances.

Most of the games in Prem I Blue have been close. I'd be surprised if there is too much movement for the spring unless they collapse blue and red for both Prem 1 & 2 and move the PA teams (and maybe some of the Philly area NJ teams) to Mid-Atlantic. PDA is a very good team - I thought they were slightly better than MFA, but both are excellent teams.
