most of the boys sides do this to differentiate MLS Next and NAL teams. 0-30 are for MLS teams, 31+ are for the others

thats not accurate as all. there are 0 boys on MLS Next teams at u13 or 14 with a number under 30

curious if we play them if they are A team or B team players. From some of the A team players i know of, they have numbers below 30, while others have numbers higher. (one of my kids plays for CSA, while my 2013G does not)

The name of the team would tell you if it’s the A team or the B team. The numbers on the jerseys are random.
