This may be the dumbest question ever. Especially when MFA’s coach is personally messaging 9-10 year olds on his social media. “Dan Motivation” needs to relax a bit with motivating people. It’s really disgusting and how he posts about different teams/clubs.

MFA plays weak teams. Play some of the strong teams from Jersey like Lacy, PDA, Crush or Cheshire. MFA has 2 players. Neither of them have been with MFA for more than a year which tells me everything I need to know. MFA tries to recruit but cannot develop.

Yes MFA has played many weak teams in their league this season but has played competition in tournaments such as SYC, Ukies, Classics, Lehigh. Cheshire isn’t as good as they were and that’s because teams like MF have recruited better players. Crush is overhyped and that’s the same Crush who lost to Cheshire, FA, and PDA this season. PDA is the best and behind is CSA Lacey.

NewsFlash!!! Recruitment is part of club soccer process at all levels. Quit whining about a coach doing the needful to get kids on a development path playing against other players that will challenge them and obviously improving the team. Don’t want your kids contacted? Simply don’t promote them on a public space such as social media and definitely don’t showcase their prowess on the pitch. Several coaches have contacted my D and I respectfully tell them she is happy where she is… take their contact info and everyone moves on still loving soccer ⚽️.
