Yep, there's been no development at all. The reason my daughter is leaving the club at the end of the season. There is no passion, and it shows during training and games. Even with the coach of the girls' academy team leaving, she is not staying. How can you claim to be a pre-girls' academy and not develop these girls? It's all about the money. If you go to the GA website you will not see any scores for the pre GA.....

Pre GA and she isn't the only one leaving. Nobody moved up because they don't develop. The new girls training with the team are from low level academy or town teams.

Unless your kid is invited to the secret trainings, they could care less. They decide early on which kids they are going to provide opportunities to and focus on. There is no real competition for playing time or opportunity for everyone else. You're just there to fill the roster and pay the bills. Sad part is that even the kids that get catered to end up leaving, so all they are accomplishing is creating kids with egos and division in the teams

Kelly's arrogance carries down to her long time players and parents. They all think they are better than they are. To stay competitive they have to bring better players in from the outside. Kelly knows she messed up putting too much faith in her OGs

While not perfect Kelly gives her all to her teams. She focuses on the girls on and off the field.

STA staff spend more time telling you what’s bad about other clubs than what they actually do that’s good. I’m still waiting to hear what they actually do that is good - national championships, state cups, winning things?….

pretty sure he has sole control over STA. These club legal structures are murky. many of them are set up as non-profits, then the owners find ways to suck money out of the clubs. For example, the trainers are employed by a different company, then they bill the club. Or the field or facility ownership gets rented back to the club at inflated rates (or at least full freight).

This sounds like MFA shore (a select few teams) seems to happen everywhere.
