Oh really? My daughter along with many others that I know all received GA offers and declined. Some chose to stay on the B team, or leave STA so that they wouldn't have to deal with Kelly. [/QUOTE

I guess I grew up in a different time when we respected the teachers or coaches and didn't try to embarrass them in public. I'm not on the team but all I hear is she bad and doesn't develop the players but I don't see any specific examples. The only thing I hear is she's recruiting and not developing. Sounds like the parent of the kids being left out are taking out their frustration on this forum.
"Tim, watch this she's as dumb as a sack as rocks"
"You'd be a good soccer player if you were three inches taller and three inches wider"
In between games at a tournament "You Americans are disgusting eating peanut butter and jelly"
"You haven't grown yet"
Berating and screaming at a 9 year old girl, pulling her out of the game because she didn't head the ball and it led to a goal (before they changed the heading rule)

And BTW don't ask "what team are you on" or "that is not a specific example" bc who would provide either of those when it would immediately identify the player/family in question. It is dumb to ask that.

All I'll say is this from a jumping on the bandwagon point of view b/c this should 100% be off limits, these girls are growing and bodies are changing and outside of soccer in society, females have enough pressure on them and get shamed enough and deal with so many insecurities, so when Kelly comments about someone's size, shape or speed being a detriment to soccer (yes she has 100% done this trust me) it is not only damaging to the kid from a soccer point of view it is damaging to the girl. So when she says, "I was them once", well SMH.
