So let's summarize here: WCFC has dinosaurs for coaches who are not honest and up-front, fill their teams with the coaches' kids and their friends, most of whom are apparently from Albany, yell at the kids and fat-shame them, and yet somehow manage to send 15 teams to ECNL/RL Nationals. Am I missing anything?

Clearly a hyperbolic summary with underlying subtleties of truth. Yes WCFC has all of this - nepotism, inability to develop talent from a young age, some (not all) easily corruptible coaches, coaches (especially the younger ones) who misuse their power.
Please don't confuse success, with being an ethical organization. You are successful because you attract talent from far and wide (and not just Albany) and the organization runs it's operations well, while having the resources of a top-notch soccer facility.

We're there. Not wrong. There is a lot to raise an eyebrow at when it comes to the nepotism. There is a fair amount of players who are paying to train with their current team coach, which is always a huge conflict of interest. There is the coaches pay structure that also adds to issues. The main thing though is that many (most?) clubs have the same BS happening. In the end, World Class does attract a lot of the best players, and for a huge # of the girls it is the best club/teams available. Only NJ kids who can realistically play for, and more importantly commute to, PDA could say that would be a better choice. If you are looking at Rockland, Orange, northern NJ, Westchester, Putnam or upstate NY then World Class is #1. For a boy, it is a different story because of the MLS factor because there the target is ultimately RB or NYCFC.

So it seems that the only person complaining here is the guy who was kicked out of PDA, then got kicked out of WCFC. His poor family can't control him and has to suffer the consequences. I hear the GA is looking for people to fill their rosters. Good luck buddy

What does PDA offer that WCFC does not?

Good coaching, no daddy coaches, better level teams, they don’t make false promises, good training for field players and the best gk coach around, anything else?

Other than the daddy coach thing, all of these things are debatable. And PDA gets accused of no development and bringing in talent from the outside far more than WCFC.

PDA is one of the best clubs in the country. WCFC is not

True that PDA is ranked higher, but WCFC still solidly in the Top 50:

WCFC was a much stronger club when they first started. They aren’t even close to PDA’s level right now and everybody would go to PDA over Orangeburg. Both clubs aren’t known for developing players but for recruiting. WCFC has a facility, a descent location and ECNL. For the amount of recruiting the coaches do and the talent recruited, they should be much stronger than they are but the coaching is very average.

Reading this forum, you'd think this list would just only be every ECNL club, but alas - STA (higher than MFA), Cedar Stars and SJEB all make it... Would be interesting to see what the ECNL / GA overall breakdown is.
