Really then question of PDA or WC is irrelevant for the vast majority of players who play at WC just due to location and commute time. No one is going to go to PDA if they live in westchester or Nyack, 90 minutes each way when they can play 15 minutes away at Orangeburg and compete for conference champs every year and make the ecnl playoffs. For NY kids, theres no real need for the Rutgers pathway, since its out of state college, anyway.

all of this is silly, the kids that will be the best at HS age are not the ones discussed above. My daughter's 14u team has a girl that used to score 3+ goals a game the last few seasons. now she might score every third or forth game, but doesn't create anything and is a waste of space on the field because she literally does nothing but occupy space otherwise... she was big and physical... now she is big and slower. the "big" girls at U11,12 that score tons of goals are mostly false starts
