I have not seen any drop in quality of players after second group of kids came into the game. To me they all looked the same. The issue with all of them is lack of courage to get out of script and do something on their own.

This is so accurate. They are a great team but play like robots doing exactly what the coach says. They show 0 creativity at either end of the field. Tremendous team, not taking away from that, but looks like no fun on the field whatsoever. I’d much rather my D play for a team that coaches them up without micromanaging and let’s then enjoy this beautiful game.

PDA is like Matchfit but better. All they do is recruit but don’t develop. I’m not saying that PDA is a bad club but it is easy when you get 100s of players at a tryout.
